宝博电竞赛事详情 has both a responsibility and the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of the local communities where our people and stakeholders work and live. Our community partners include:
Reconciliation Australia
宝博电竞赛事详情’s Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) was the first in Australia’s construction industry to gain Reconciliation Australia endorsement. Through the RAP, 宝博电竞赛事详情 aims to create diverse opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, through the development of unique and specialised skills, a more inclusive and welcoming Company culture, and a deeply participative approach regarding Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island input into 宝博电竞赛事详情’s operations before, during and after recruitment.
宝博电竞赛事详情’s RAP was launched on 9 March 2011 and presented to Elder Cedric Jacobs of the Whadjuk Nation, traditional owners of Perth and the Hon. Fred Chaney AO.
Balga Senior High School
宝博电竞赛事详情’s partnership with Balga SHS sees the company contribute financial support as well as merchandise and equipment such as drink bottles, uniforms and hats each year to the school. The Balga Senior High School Sports Foundation was established by the school to provide opportunities for students to take part in regular club sports – something the school had identified as important to improving student outcomes.
In addition to this support, the partnership between 宝博电竞赛事详情 and Balga SHS will see the company commit to providing support and guidance for students around employment and tertiary education, through a program of mentoring, work experience, workshops and site visits. The program will see groups of Indigenous students selected by the school offered two opportunities each term – one a visit to key 宝博电竞赛事详情 sites, providing exposure to the reality of different career paths, and the other a day in-house with 宝博电竞赛事详情 providing mentoring, career guidance, assistance with resume writing and advice on tertiary pathways.
