Last week, our Mandurah Traffic Bridge came home a winner at the 10 ^th annual World Demolition Awards.

Held in Ireland, the project blew its competition out of the water in the Civils Demolition Category to take out the top prize.

Operations Manager Peter Hopfmueller said this was a huge achievement for the project and marked the bridge’s first international award.

“With 48 projects entered from more than 30 countries, it’s an honour to be sharing this success with both our team and our subcontractor Mainline Demolition,” he said.

“I’d like to thank Mainline Demolition for all their hard work on the project – the collaboration between Mainline and our team was first class and this award is evidence of this partnership.”
